Succession planning was the topic for the latest Not for CEOs event held Tuesday, Feb. 26, at the CO-OP Financial Services booth at CUNA's Governmental Affairs Conference.
Panelists were Stan Hollen, CEO of CO-OP Financial Services; Brandon Michaels, president/CEO of the $477 million Mazuma CU in Kansas City, Mo.; and Ronaldo Hardy, CEO of the $28 million Shell Geismar FCU in Geismar, La.
CU Times Publisher/Editor-in-Chief Sarah Snell Cooke moderated as the panel discussed topics such as seamless succession and developing talent from within.
