The $278 million Garden Savings Federal Credit Union in Parsippany, N.J., said Friday it has completed its second recent merger, this time taking in the $2 million NWNJ FCU of nearby Denville, N.J.

"We at Garden Savings are honored to welcome the 700-plus members of NWNJFCU into our credit union," President/CEO Lou Vetere said in a statement.

"We are confident that the NWNJ FCU members will appreciate the extensive product and service menu that we offer and find great value in our branch locations, website and other online features," said Vetere, who also is current chair of the New Jersey Credit Union League.

Last month, the 21,000-member Garden Savings completed a merger with the $54 million Morristown FCU of Morristown, N.J.
