Insights from leadership and change experts will be highlights of NAFCU's CEOs and Senior Executives Conference set for April 24-26 at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn and Spa in Sonoma, Calif., the trade group said.
Keynote speakers will be authors Peter Sheahan and John Spence. Sheahan is a behavioral change and business trends expert and founder/CEO of ChangeLabs, which lists Apple and IBM among its behavioral change clients. Spence spoke at last year's conference and is a leadership and customer service expert who oversaw projects in 20 countries with the Rockefeller Foundation before forming John Spence LLC, which offers leadership and customer service development consulting.
"This year's event is designed to help credit union CEOs and senior executives make invaluable connections with industry experts and each other," said NAFCU President/CEO Fred Becker, who will be making one of his last speaking appearances before retiring in July.
