Share One Inc. has promoted Teri Van Frank to president/CEO and chairman of the board for the Memphis, Tenn.-based core processing CUSO.

Van Frank succeeds Daryl Tanner, who has retired after 15 years in the post and will continue on in a consulting role.

Van Frank has been with Share One for 30 years, starting as an administrative assistant and serving most recently as senior vice president/chief operating officer where she managed much of the company's customer interfacing operations, the company said.

“Our future remains bright as we enter 2013,” Van Frank said. “We have a full calendar of new business, staffing levels are secure, and we are going to continue to remain vigilant on providing strong support for our new and existing customers.”

Van Frank is a local native with a business degree from the University of Memphis and is a married mother of two children.

Share One was launched as ECOM Systems in 1974 and was bought by MTECH and then EDS before it became a CUSO in 1998. The company's flagship product is the NewSolutions core platform. ShareOne has 89 clients and is now owned by its employees and a group of credit unions including Memphis' $128 million, 20,300-member Southern Security FCU.
