The $96 million, 11,200-member Parker Community Credit Union in Janesville, Wis., has converted to the NewSolutions core processing and online banking systems from Share One in Memphis, Tenn.
The credit union decided to convert its both core processing and home banking when its previous vendor retired its online banking solution, the core processing CUSO said.
“We had to convert to a new home banking system – that was unavoidable – but we also decided it was the perfect opportunity to address many disjointed processes in the core that cause frustration in many daily processes,” said Parker Community CU President/CEO Steve Petrillo.
The conversion occurred at the end of the year. Parker Community CU had been a Fiserv CUSA client, according to the Technology Survey from Callahan & Associates.
Share One said it now provides core processing to about 90 credit unions.
