CUES is now calling for online participation in its salary surveys.

The Madison, Wis.-based leadership development association said its CUES Executive Compensation Survey and CUES Employee Salary Survey have been revamped to make participation easier and add more questions and reports.

“The surveys help credit unions determine if their salary and benefit packages are competitive by offering data on executive compensation, benefits and salaries on a wide range of positions, asset sizes and geographic locations,” the organization said in its announcement this week.

“By participating in the surveys and providing salary and benefit data, credit unions can make the industry stronger by helping to assure compensation decisions are comparable and based on fact,” CUES said.

CUES said while participation and database updates occur year round, those who participate online by April 19 will receive a free report.
