The Credit Unions for Kids/Children's Miracle Network programs at two Oregon hospitals, Doernbecher Children's Hospital in Portland and Sacred Heart Medical Center in Eugene, will receive $25,000 thanks to an internal fundraising campaign at the $787 million OSU Federal Credit Union in Corvallis, Ore.
OSU Federal said as part of a dollar-for-dollar match program, the credit union's staff of 200 pledged their own money to the Credit Union Legislative Action Council, which resulted in a match of $15,000 from the credit union for the two hospitals.
Additionally, OSU Federal partner CO-OP Financial Services of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. presented a match of $10,000, the maximum grant amount out of its Children's Miracle Network-dedicated Miracle Match program, for the campaign, OSU Federal said.
