The $1.3 billion, 152,800-member South Carolina Federal Credit Union has launched a new website the credit union said offers greater search functionality and requires fewer clicks to get to desired information.

There are new product pages, and users now simply hover over the navigation bar to browse more products in one place and then click directly for more information on a specific product. There also is a new site map footer with links to products, credit union information and related solutions on all pages.

South Carolina Federal runs on a Fiserv Spectrum core processing platform with Intuit Financial Services providing the online banking platform, according to the Technology Survey at Callahan & Associates. The credit union said it used Engagency of Chattanooga, Tenn., for website support in the redesign.
