After working in the credit union industry for more than 35 years, Idaho Credit Union League President/CEO Alan Cameron said he plans to retire June 30, 2013.
Cameron has served as ICUL's president/CEO and its wholly owned subsidiary, League Services Inc., since 2000. He also worked as ICUL's retained legal counsel and lobbyist since 1977.
During his tenure, the league said, Cameron has fought for the rights of more than one-half million Idaho credit union members and their credit unions, and served national and international members through the league's partnership with the credit unions of the Solomon Islands.
