The $8 million St. Luke Parish Federal Credit Union of Beavercreek, Ohio, has agreed to merge into the $77 million Incenta Federal Credit Union in Dayton, Ohio.
Established in 1958, St. Luke Parish FCU has provided service to 2,151 members from 11 Catholic churches throughout Montgomery and Greene counties. Originally named DP&L Employees FCU when it was formed in 1935, Incenta FCU serves 9,034 members.
The merger will become effective Nov. 13. Terms of the merger were not disclosed.
“We are happy to announce the merger has been approved,” according to a statement on St. Luke Parish FCU's website. “St Luke Parish Federal Credit Union is proud to announce we are planning on combining our services with Incenta Federal Credit Union. This will open up our ability to better provide a wider variety of services for our clients.”
Incenta FCU President/CEO Cheryl Roser said the merger will not affect the status of its current members, and all members will now have access to eight branch locations.
“Our partnership builds on the strengths of both institutions to provide an important resource for our community,” Roser said.
