Ondine Irving has added sessions on scoring card portfolios, card risk management and new approaches to loyalty programs to her card management schools scheduled for Dallas in December and Las Vegas in January.
Irving, a consultant for credit union card programs, has long used her credit card management schools to address cost cutting and more efficient card portfolio management, but now she has added presentations from TransUnion, CUNA Mutual Group and Breakaway Incentives, a new loyalty program firm, to the familiar sessions on reducing portfolio costs and finding innovative ways to grow a card program.
“This class is beneficial for all card-issuing credit unions and also ideal for those credit unions re-entering the credit card market. It is an opportunity for live discussion with peers, processors and all staff levels. It is also a good opportunity to hear unfiltered information regarding experiences with other card processors,” Irving said.
