CUES has partnered with Cedar Rapids, Iowa-based BVS Performance Systems to provide training and educational support solutions for credit unions.

BVS' Dynamic Learning Process includes 250 courses for credit unions designed to improve employee performance through interactive training in topics such as member service, product knowledge, lending, teller training, sales and compliance.

The Dynamic Learning Process uses automated Dynamic Tutor features, which customizes the learning experience for each employee by evaluating his/her level of knowledge on a chosen training topic and providing the material that is best suited to match his/her current level of experience.

“The Dynamic Learning Process was specifically designed for financial institutions and can be customized to fit the individual needs of the credit union staff,” said Roy Karon, CEO and founder of BVS Performance Systems. “It also leverages all the advantages of technology into a solution for quickly and thoroughly training employees on the key skill sets that are needed in a complex, changing work environment.”
