The $3 billion Mountain America Credit Union of West Jordan, Utah, and the $915 million Unitus Community Credit Union of Portland, Ore., have received “Outstanding Website” awards from the Web Marketing Association.
Founded by the Web Marketing Association in 1997, the annual WebAwards is a standards-defining competition that sets industry benchmarks for the best websites based on design, innovation, content, technology, interactivity, copywriting and ease of use, the association said. An independent panel of judges did the deciding.
“The recognition of Mountain America for outstanding achievement in Web development is yet another indicator of our commitment to having convenient and quality interactions with our members to make their service experience the best it can be,” said Sharon Cook, senior vice president of marketing and PR at Mountain America.
“We always appreciate winning awards, because they naturally follow a dedicated effort to provide quality products and services to our members,” she said.
