Wayne Winkler has been named president/CEO of the $750 million Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union.
Winkler had served as acting CEO of the Kingston, N.Y.-based credit union since April.
A 37-year banking veteran, Winkler joined the credit union in 1990 as vice president/chief financial officer and was promoted to executive vice president/chief financial officer in 1995. In 2006, he was named executive vice president/chief lending officer.
