The $624 million Michigan First Credit Union in the Detroit suburb of Lathrup Village has signed with Millennial Vision Inc. for a new electronic document management software system.

The new content management system will more easily integrate document imaging into other operations with little or no manual intervention, the company and credit union said.

“Our existing system is outdated. Since we are moving to a new core system, it makes sense to update our imaging system, as well,” said Michigan First President/CEO Michael Poulos.

The 85,900-member Michigan First announced earlier this summer that it would be converting to the KeyStone core platform from Corelation Inc. in San Diego.

MVi is a Salt Lake City-based provider of Laserfiche ECM software and now has more than 200 clients, the company said.
