Patrick Miller has been named president/CEO of the $404 million, 20,500-member CBC Federal Credit Union in Oxnard, Calif.
Miller, former vice president of branch operations at the $49 billion Navy Federal Credit Union in Vienna, Va., succeeds Raymond Erwin, who retired after 28 years with the California credit union.
Miller's 22 years of experience in financial industry sales, marketing, compliance and operations also include stints at the Colorado Credit Union league, SELCO Community Credit Union in Oregon and CUNA Mutual Group in Madison, Wis., his new employer said.

"We are impressed with Patrick's broad range of experience and accomplishments, but also with his amiable demeanor and straight-forward approach," said CBC Board Chair Tony Steigelman. CBC has five branches and is open to membership to all residents of Ventura County.

He led the launch of our broker dealer and registered investment advisory firm and astutely managed the onboarding of 19 branches during our merger with USA Federal Credit Union.
