Insurance agency Insuritas said it recently signed on four more credit unions.

Three of the latest signees are based in Florida: the $454 million Insight Financial Credit Union and the $171 million Orlando Credit Union, both in Orlando, and the $77 million Miami Firefighters Credit Union in Miami. The $1.7 billion Washington State Employees Credit Union in Olympia, Wash., has also signed on.

Insuritas said it enables credit unions and banks to own a complete insurance agency without the capital investments required to build or buy an agency. Insurance products include auto, home, business, life, health, identify theft, pet, and warranty.

The East Windsor, Conn.-based insurance firm grew its clients' insurance agencies fee income 37% in the first half of 2012, according to Jeffrey Chesky, CEO of Insuritas.
