Document Express Inc. of Palatine, Ill., said the $4.9 billion Citizens Equity First Credit Union in Peoria, Ill., has chosen to deploy the company's document preparation services.

DX said its EliteDocs platform will fully integrate with CEFCU's lending software, and the credit union cited ease of use, compliance guarantees and the ability to maximize its lending output as reasons for choosing the solution over three competitors it also reviewed.

"DX's EliteDocs software will allow us to streamline our mortgage process which will improve efficiency," said Sara Blackburn, head of first mortgage operations at CEFCU.
