Service Credit Union Adds Self-Serve Kiosk in Germany

New kiosk will offer many services to armed forces members.

The $2.1 billion Service Credit Union has opened its first self-service branch, offering 24/7 access to a wide range of banking functions at the Kapaun Air Station in Germany.

The air station is in Kaiserslatuern, near Service CU’s Overseas Contact Center. Called ServicePoint, the pair of self-serve kiosks – which include around-the-clock remote access to a live person – are in a secure site and offer transfers, withdrawals, U.S. check and cash deposits, loan payments and account opening, the Portsmouth, N.H., credit union said.
