Workers’ Credit Union, Fitchburg, Mass., said that William C. Mullin has joined the credit union as senior vice president of business banking and commercial lending. Mullin will direct the expansion of the credit union’s real estate and commercial and industrial lending. Mullin was previously a principal at RMPI Consulting LLC, a Boston-based risk management and consulting firm to financial institutions. Prior to joining RMPI, he was a partner and the chief operating officer for Thorndike Development Corp., a real estate development company. Earlier in his career, Mullin also served as a senior vice president of the former Fleet Financial Group, where he focused on real estate and other commercial lending in the state. Mullin received a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
