Navy Federal Credit Union is opening its 221st branch on Monday, a new facility in Riverside, Calif., serving March Air Reserve Base.
It will be the $48 billion credit union's fifth branch in Riverside County, home to more than 20,000 Navy Federal members, the Vienna, Va., credit union said
“This branch also reflects our We Serve Where You Serve commitment to the Air Force and Air Reservists, including the 9,000 military and civilian personnel at March Air Reserve Base,” said Gale Lewis, senior vice president, Branch Operations, for the 9-million member Navy Federal.
“Before we opened, the local business community embraced us warmly,” said Robert Mejia, branch manager for the new facility. “We hope to be good neighbors to them and to be yet another place our members can come for the friendly service they're used to.”
