The $608 million Neighbors Federal Credit Union in Baton Rouge, La., recently helped recognize the 2012-2013 winners for Teacher of the Year from among local schools. The event was held at the East  Baton Rouge district's Information Resource Center and co-sponsored by Neighbors FCU, I CARE and other community businesses.
