A new educational video from the $440 million IC Federal Credit Union of Fitchburg, Mass., aims to grab the attention of Gen Y with a special theme: zombies.
The two-and-a-half-minute cartoon explains how life insurance can protect young members' families in case they die or "turn into zombies." It also includes a brief synopsis of the types of life insurance available and the factors that can affect rates.
The life insurance video is the second in a series of five educational videos produced by IC FCU. The first, released in February, provides a rundown of the difference between big banks and credit unions.
Both are posted to the credit union's website and YouTube channel. IC FCU has also created a QR code for its latest video to allow instantaneous video viewing on mobile phones.
