SWBC's risk management software has now been integrated with the field contact services of National Creditors Connection Inc. of Lake Forest, Calif., the San Antonio provider of diversified financial services said.

The field contact firm's specialists will work through the AutoPilot suite of risk management software to help SWBC credit unions and other clients open lines of communications with debtors, leading to more repayments and an improved collections process, the companies said.

“NCCI's expertise in re-establishing right party contact with delinquent borrowers will help reduce loan losses at all stages of collection,” SWBC said in a statement.

NCCI said its national network of trained representatives has completed more than 3 million compliant contacts in the past 19 years.
