Bradford-Scott Data Corp. in Indianapolis said the $22 million KBR Credit Union in Tacoma, Wash., said it has begun using its Sharetec core processing system.

The1,600-member KBR CU is the first Bradford-Scott customer in the state of Washington, the company and credit union said.

"We could have gone with a vendor closer to home, but we felt Sharetec had the most value when comparing the amount of services we could offer for the expense. The conversion to Sharetec was very organized and successful. Now we can set about growing our membership," said Kolin McMann, KBR CU's CEO.
