Credit Union Centers, a shared branching CUSO serving Indiana and Illinois, has announced that it will add remote deposit, mobile banking and call center services.
The CUSO will offer the new products and services through its relationship with CO-OP Shared Branching, a division of CO-OP Financial Services in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.
The round-the-clock call center services will include cross selling opportunities for participating credit unions, the CUSO said. The remote deposit feature will be available on both iPhone and Android phones and the mobile banking feature will support text, web and application based banking.
“By offering these new services, credit unions can now provide multiple touch points to attract younger demographics that will ultimately keep the industry moving forward,” says Credit Union Centers chief financial officer Dan Davis.
“These new delivery channel products allow us to become a total solutions provider, complementing our shared branching services that allow credit unions to have more options without paying for multiple interfaces to their core system,” Davis said.
