Alloya Corporate FCU has announced the promotions of two long-time executives.
Todd Adams will add senior vice president and director, Affiliated Business Services to his existing title of chief financial officer.
Adams' expanded duties will include the administration of Alloya's CUSOs, both wholly owned like Balance Sheet Solutions LLC, and jointly owned like CU Business Group, as well as entities in which Alloya has a significant financial interest, such as the SimpliCD product and Core Network Processing LLC. Adams, who works in the Warrenville, Ill. office, has been with Alloya and its predecessors for nine years.
Kevin Brauer will be promoted to chief operating officer, expanding his current role as senior vice president, Member Relations.
He will be responsible for leading the corporate through several simultaneous operating changes, which include conversions from U.S. Central Bridge platforms including ACH, the outsourcing of item processing operations to VSoft Corp. and the launch of its remote deposit capture suite. Brauer will also fulfill a key role in the integration of operations between Alloya and any future strategic partners.
Brauer is based in the corporate's Albany, N.Y. office, and has more than 20 years of service with Alloya and its predecessors.
