The 42,000 members of the $418 million Heritage Federal Credit Union in Newburgh, Ind., can now get questions answered online.
The credit union has recently deployed the SilverCloud Breeze knowledge management solution. Questions are typed into a search box on the credit union's website and 95% of them are able to be answered in real time, the credit union said.
"The recent addition of this website search is just another way we incorporate new technology into our business operations with the ultimate goal of improving our 42,154 members' experience with Heritage Federal Credit Union," said Ruth Jenkins, the credit union's president/CEO.
