Diamond Credit Union, Pottstown, Pa., was voted the People’s Choice in credit unions for the third consecutive year. The 15th annual Berks County People’s Choice Who’s Who in Business survey is a survey conducted by an independent market research firm. The survey is presented by the publishers of Berks County Living Magazine and identifies the region’s leaders in multiple business categories as determined by the residents of each market. Diamond Credit Union has been named the People’s Choice in Berks County in 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011, and now 2012.

Mountain America Credit Union, Salt Lake City, was recognized as one of Utah’s Best Places to Work by the State of Utah Department of Workforce Services Office of Work and Family Life. For this annual recognition program, employees are invited to complete a confidential survey provided by the state, which scores the following areas: flexibility and benefits; whole life; workplace excellence; and business and people success.  This is the seventh time Mountain America has been honored with the award. The award recognizes companies that have created outstanding work environments and business growth by providing well for the work/life needs of their employees.  These organizations strive to develop company cultures that embrace fairness and offer opportunities for career development. In addition, Mountain America congratulated Senior Vice President Sharon S. Cook on being recognized by Utah Business magazine with one of its first annual Sales and Marketing Professional of the Year awards. The award honors sales and marketing gurus who have had a direct, measurable impact on their company’s bottom line.
