CU*Answers said several key upgrades are included in the newest release for its CU*BASE core processing system.
The Grand Rapids, Mich., CUSO said software release 11.6 includes new workflow and member service features that provide a relationship summary across several accounts, as well as updates in lending, online banking, EFT, auditing, back office, marketing, management and shared branching functions.
CU*Answers said it again would not be charging for the upgrade.
“A key difference in working with a cooperative CUSO is the ability to help drive the company in a direction that is totally credit union focused. Nearly every piece of software that CU*Answers has added to CU*BASE in the 11.6 release was driven directly from client suggestion,” the company said in a statement.
CU*Answers said it now provides core processing to 185 credit unions.
