The $5 million Armstrong Preferred Members FCU in Bourbonnais, Ill., is now running on the Sharetec core processing system from Bradford-Scott Data Corp. in Indianapolis.

The conversion to the automated processing system was pain free and caused no disruption of services to the credit union's 1,445 members, said Annette Frizzell, manager of Armstrong Preferred Members.

Armstrong Preferred Members was formed in 2009 by the merger of Armstrong Employees CU and Preferred Members CU and is open to membership to all of Kankakee County.

Bradford-Scott is one of four owner-distributors of the Sharetec platform now in place at more than 300 credit unions, the company said.
