Local businesses will have another financial resource to consider thanks to a new business services program launched by Alabama Telco Credit Union.

The $580 million credit union in Birmingham, Ala., said it will offer business savings, checking, and money market accounts as well as certificates of deposit, loans, lines of credit and a Visa credit card.

Alabama Telco has also partnered with First Data Corp. to provide point-of-sale payment solutions, terminals, loyalty programs, gift cards and payroll cards.

The credit union serves more than 53,000 members.
