Credit Union 24 has launched its fourth-annual credit union industry survey aimed at identifying trends and challenges in the business of providing financial products and services.

The credit union-owned ATM and point-of-sale network said it will share its findings this summer.

The 14-question survey will be available online until the closure of the exhibit hall on Tuesday, March 20, at 6:30 p.m. during the 2012 CUNA Governmental Affairs Conference, Credit Union 24 said.

Participants are eligible to win one of two iPad2s or one of two pre-loaded $50 and $100 Visa gift cards, the ATM/POS network said.

“We are looking forward to sharing the results with the industry about how credit unions have adjusted their products, services and EFT network relationships to accommodate the evolution of our industry. Now in our fourth consecutive year of conducting this survey, we anticipate a number of evolving trends to illustrate themselves through the survey,” said Jim Park, president/CEO of Credit Union 24.
