As part of an ongoing commitment to promote leadership and career development for young credit union executives, Credit Union Times and CO-OP Financial Services has teamed up to launch Not for CEOs.

Not for CEOs will be a quarterly series of events aimed at helping young professionals make the credit union community a better place.

With a roundtable format, it's like having a mix of peers and experts on tap. Whether it's how to be more active in Washington or career advancement tips – we've got the experts, you drive the conversation.

To kick off the program, Editor-in-Chief Sarah Snell Cooke will moderate as panelists Michael Poulos, CEO of Michigan First CU in Detroit; Bob Schumacher, retired CEO of MountainCrest CU in Arlington, Wash.; Brent Dixon, youth adviser at Filene Research Institute in Madison, Wis.; and Kathryn Davis, senior vice president at Xceed Financial CU in El Segundo, Calif., share their insights.

Not for CEOs will debut at the Washington Convention Center during the CUNA Governmental Affairs Conference on Tuesday, March 20, from noon-12:45 p.m. in Room 158AB.

Not exclusive to GAC attendees, the event will be streamed live at CUTimes.com/NotforCEOs and the panel will respond to questions tweeted using #NotforCEOs.
