Alliance Credit Union will soon have a few new bundles of joy on site.

Parents at the San Jose, Calif., credit union will now be able to enjoy many of their baby's firsts with the launch of the “Babies in the Workplace” program.

According to Alliance CU, beyond the obvious baby bonding benefits, the program has been designed as a way to help alleviate the cost of childcare for the first several months while also reducing staff shortages and temporary staffing during pregnancy and childcare-related leaves of absences.
