The Credit Union Executives Society will replace retiring President/CEO Fred Johnson with help from Texas-based JMFA Executive Search Group.

“JMFA will manage the entire process. We selected the firm because they get results, and are backed by more than 100 years of recruiting experience,” said Johnson, who has been at the helm of the organization since 1989 but will call it quits at the end of 2012.

“It's important to me that CUES finds the person best suited to fill my position when I retire later this year,” Johnson said.

“I care a great deal about CUES, our members and our staff. JMFA's comprehensive search process—from sourcing techniques and strategic interviews to contract negotiations—helps us assure we find the best fit, and positions CUES for future success with the right leader,” he said.
