The $69 million Katahdin FCU in Millinocket, Maine, will be converting to the Symitar Episys core processing platform through the service bureau at Synergent Technology Services, the company and credit union said.
The 7,600-member Katahdin FCU, which also has a location in Island Falls, is currently using the Fiserv DataSafe platform, according to the Technology Survey from Callahan & Associates.
Synergent, a subsidiary of the Maine Credit Union League in Portland, said it now has 56 credit unions running on Episys and provides a variety of services to nearly 200 credit unions in all.
