Former Quest Credit Union employee Harold Wilkerson, who was convicted of 21 counts of bank fraud, has been banned by the NCUA from participating in the affairs of a federally insured financial institution.
He was sentenced to two years in prison and ordered him to pay a $4,200 fine.
Quest Credit Union is headquartered in Topeka, Kan., and has assets of $229 million.
Violations of prohibitions can be punished by imprisonment and/or a fine of up to $1 million.
