The $223 million Partner Colorado Credit Union has done it again—the seventh year in a row that the suburban Denver CU has been ranked in the top ten "Best Places to Work" by the Denver Business Journal.
Over the years, "we've seen a steady improvement in both employee and member satisfaction," declared Sundie Seefried, president/CEO adding, "we've reduced employee attrition and increased our member service scores."
In recognizing Partner, the publication said the Arvada CU ranked #6 in the medium-size company category citing the CU's record "in commitment" to employee well-being.
"It is an honor to receive this award knowing that it is a team effort," said Seefried.
The Business Journal survey is conducted by Quantum Workplace to measure 40 attributes "determined to drive engagement." Questions were broken down into 10 categories: team effectiveness, retention risk, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, work engagement and people practices.
