While many may question if there's anything positive to look forward to, the $364 million Consumers Credit Union wants to reassure consumers that there are Good Times Ahead.
As part of the Kalamazoo, Mich., credit union's new awareness campaign actual members share their stories as a way showcase the credit union difference.
Playing on the idea of how the credit union helps one member at a time, the real experiences shared through Good Times Ahead have touched on a variety of products and services ranging from student accounts and credit card balance transfers, to business services, the CU said.
The member stories have helped reinforce how Consumers CU plays an integral part in members' lives.
“We are asking members to tell us their stories and are thrilled with the response,” said Kit Snyder, president/CEO. “Members are family to us. To get this heartfelt response is a tribute to our staff who work hard every day.”
The credit union partnered with local companies including Motion Possible, 2Fish Company and Sound Post Studios to create the member testimonial campaign.
