CU Members Mortgage of Dallas is now offering its more than 1,000 credit union customers the PowerSite integrated point-of-sale loan application and customized website solution from Mortgagebot of Mequon, Wis.

PowerSite allows each credit union to present an online mortgage application that matches the look and feel of the institution’s corporate website, the companies said.

“Our partner credit unions have told us that the transition from their website to the new application looks as if we’ve used the exact Web designer that created their own credit union webpage,” said Linda Clampitt, senior vice president at CU Members Mortgage.

The loan application interface is easy to use for the member and also allows lending staff to track activity simultaneously to better serve members, the companies said.

Minimal administration and increased conversion rates result as credit union staff finds it easier to analyze and pursue dropped loan applications, Mortgagebot President/CEO Scott Happ said.

“Mortgage lenders, and especially credit unions, which are often smaller and leaner staffed, often require technology that non-IT staff can manage and oversee. PowerSite meets these requirements,” Happ said.

CU Members Mortgage provides comprehensive mortgage services and said it now originates more than $2 billion in loans each year and has a portfolio of more than $14 billion.

Mortgagebot said it has now created mortgage websites and integrated multi-channel solutions for more than 1,000 credit unions and banks.
