Credit Union 24, the credit union-owned ATM and point-of-sale network, announced Monday that its board of directors has elected Bradley Blake, president/CEO of the $95 million Florida State University Credit Union in Tallahassee, Fla., as its new chairman of the board, a position vacated by Mansel Guerry.
Joan Nolan, vice president of operation support at IBM Southeast Employees Federal Credit Union in Boca Raton, Fla., has also been elected as vice chairman of the board. Becky Hulett, chief financial officer of 121 Financial Credit Union in Jacksonville, Fla., remains secretary-treasurer of the Board.
“For the past five years, Bradley has been a very influential member of our board of directors,” said Jim Park, president/CEO of Credit Union 24. “Bradley has been involved in all of our network's major decisions during the past few years that have culminated into the high level of product and service offerings that we deliver to our participants or are planning for the future.”
Blake previously served as vice chairman of the Credit Union 24 board for two years and served as secretary-treasurer the year prior. A 17-year veteran of the credit union industry, Blake started his credit union career as a part-time teller at FSU Credit Union and has since worked his way up to president/CEO, a position he has held for nearly a decade.
Guerry, CEO of the $29 million Brightview CU in Ridgeland, Miss., had been elected to a fourth term as chairman in August.
