A second payment card CUSO has been dismissed from the patent infringement lawsuit filed in June by London-based technology vendor Serverside Group.
Design One Creative LLC of Saginaw, Mich. has been granted a license to use Serverside Group's U.S. card customization patents and dismissed from the suit brought against the CUSO and 14 other defendants, Serverside Group said.
Serverside Group, which provides design, marketing and printing services for the international card payment industry, gave another defendant, Tallahassee, Fla.-based card CUSO United Solutions Co., a card customization license in October, dismissing it from the suit.
