The $460 million Merck Sharp & Dohme Federal Credit Union in Chalfont, Pa., recently raised $24,000 for local charities at the 28,400-member credit union's 12th annual Cow Plop. The proceeds were divided equally between Manna on Main Street, a multi-service, interfaith outreach organization, and The Shepherd's Shelf, an emergency food pantry. More than $200,000 has been raised in the annual event since it began.
