Bradford-Scott Data Corp. said the $75 million Iron Mountain-Kingsford Community Federal Credit Union in Iron Mountain, Mich., will become its fifth core processing customer in the Upper Peninsula.

Along with the Sharetec platform, the 13,500-member IMKCFCU will also deploy mobile banking, paperless workflow with loan and teller signature pads and the Segmint targeted marketing solution, the company and credit union said.

"Selecting a new core system is a big decision but after seeing the Sharetec System, I felt the functionality was something our credit union would benefit from daily. I was particularly surprised with Sharetec's noninterest income opportunities," said Brad Swee, president of IMKCFCU.

IMKCFU currently runs on the UltraData platform from Harland Financial Solutions, according to the Callahan & Associates Technology Survey.

The Sharetec system is now in use at more than 300 credit unions, according to Indianapolis-based Bradford-Scott, one of its regional distributor-owners.
