The NCUA on Tuesday launched new primary and consumer-focused websites which the agency said would make key information easier to access.
The primary site at www.ncua.gov has been reorganized with an emphasis on business aspects of the agency, the NCUA said, while consumer information has been moved to www.MyCreditUnion.gov, which also has been translated into Spanish.
New features include a “Find a Credit Union” function that uses thumbtacks on a map to guide users to locations and further information, and a new regulatory archive to help with research.
The CUOnline application to look up Call Report data has not changed, the agency said.
“We took great care to solicit feedback from current users to improve features, navigability, and ensure robust content. In an ongoing effort to provide accurate and timely information to credit unions, NCUA is committed to keeping these sites fresh and updated,” said NCUA Board Chairman Debbie Matz.
