The $6.5 billion Security Service Federal Credit Union in San Antonio will be providing check capture services at its ATMs with technology from VSoft Corp., the company and credit union said.

The 865,000-member Security Service also will be using back counter capture software from the Atlanta-based VSoft, they said, as well as image exchange and image-enabled return solutions.

Home/office, merchant and mobile capture solutions can be quickly implemented in the future, they said.

“The single platform will make additional technology implementations simpler, allowing us to add progressive solutions and uphold our commitment to constant improvement,” said Barbara Taylor, vice president of payment services at Security Service.

VSoft said it now serves approximately 1,500 credit unions, 90 through direct installations and the rest as data center customers and through reseller agreements.
