Gary Grinnell has an encore performance on Capitol Hill.
Two weeks after testifying before a House subcommittee, the president and CEO at the $887 million Corning Federal Credit Union in Corning, N.Y., will testify Wednesday before the Small Business Committee.
Grinnell, who is testifying on behalf of NAFCU, will discuss the effectiveness of Small Business Administration loan programs during a Wednesday hearing of the House Small Business Committee.

The focus is on SBA 7(a) and 504 loan programs. Credit unions are eligible to participate in the 7(a) program.
Grinnell will also put in a plug to have lawmakers raised the cap on member business loans from 12.25% of assets to 27.5%. That was the subject of his previous testimony. Wednesday's hearing is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. ET and will be webcast from the committee's site.
Other witnesses include Small Business Administration Administrator Karen Mills, who is on the hearing's first panel.
In addition to Grinnell, the second panel witnesses are K. Roger Davis, managing partner of North Creek Mezzanine of Cincinnati, on behalf of the National Association of Small Business Development Companies and Sally B. Robertson, president of the Business Finance Group in Fairfax, Va., on behalf of the National Association of Development Companies.
