A pair of Michigan credit unions has become the 250th and 251st users of portal solutions from Passageways LLC, the Indiana-based CUSO said.

They are the $1.1 billion Michigan Schools and Government CU in Clinton Township and the $401 million Co-op Services CU in Livonia.

The West Lafayette, Ind., company said it has added 62 new customers so far this year, compared with 40 in 2010, and now provides a range of portal solutions to organizations in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean and Russia.

Paroon Chadha, who co-founded the company in 2002 with Christopher Beltran and CUSO partner Purdue Federal Credit Union, said Passageways also has seen record revenue growth this year and has “invested significantly in three key areas over the past few months.”

That includes doubling the size of its technical support team, reinforcing the quality assurance team and its tools, and revamping the Passageways consulting practice to “better handle the increased scale” of users of its knowledge management and sharing intranet solutions.

“We expect tangible results from these investments to show up in the near future,” Beltran said.
