Member Business Financial Services has hired Gary Graves as its new CEO.
Graves has more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry and most recently served as vice president of commercial lending/SBA department manager for The Bank in Mount Laurel, N.J., MBFS said.
Graves succeeds James McMahon, who had been the CEO of MBFS for approximately a year, according to the CUSO.
Formed in February 2008, the Philadelphia-based MBFS helps its owner and subscriber credit unions serve the business lending needs of their members. Services include financial analysis, loan origination and underwriting, portfolio management, loan documentation, loan servicing, loan participation coordination and accounting, and education and training for boards and staff. MBFS is owned by 12 credit unions.
